Design for Web Summit Rio 2024

During the Web Summit Rio 2024, an event that took place for the second time in the city of Rio de Janeiro, eyllo had the honor of participating and exploring innovations in technology and other relevant sectors. Here we present the graphic material we developed for meetings and side events.

We are located in Pavilion 4, stand Alpha 2, where our startup acquired significant experiences, recognizing planning and development as crucial elements for an effective presentation and to improve communication with those interested in our products.

Considering the booth space restrictions, we prioritized creating simple but efficient graphic promotional materials, such as business cards and informative flyers. These resources proved to be fundamental in optimizing our visibility and facilitating interactions during and after the event, as well as in side events.

Card

The business cards were designed to incorporate eyllo's institutional colors, as well as strategic information for publicity. These cards have proven extremely useful for exchanging contacts in situations where time is limited, presenting our contact information in an accessible way. This way, potential interested parties can easily establish communication after the event.

The cards use two main colors: dark blue (#002D45) and yellow (#F8E400). Blue, predominant in our visual identity, was chosen for the background of the card, while yellow, a vibrant and eye-catching color, was used strategically in a front column to capture attention and stand out visually, making up a third of the initial composition.

On the back of the card, in a publicity and exhibition context, we chose to include information about our products and their functionalities, converting each card into an efficient secondary communication vehicle. This approach allowed us to distribute the cards, which already contained all the necessary information for interested parties to understand the activities and products developed by eyllo.

Goethe scale

This information was extracted from Goethe's studies on harmony, in which he created a color vibration scale. Based on this scale, we conclude that yellow, being a very prominent color, should be used subtly and only as a highlighting element.

Flyer

Flyer%20Red The flyer, due to its larger area, offered more space to detail our solutions and provide additional information about the benefits of our product. We opted for a lighter layout, considering the substantial amount of textual content. It was essential to maintain a coherent visual identity between the card and the flyer, as both function as complementary supports. Therefore, we adopted the same color palette and a similar arrangement of elements.

Furthermore, flyers represent an extremely effective marketing tool at large-scale events, such as Web Summit Rio, where the flow of people is intense. The advantage of flyers lies in their ability to transmit information quickly and efficiently to a large number of participants. They are easily distributed and, in this way, they can attract the attention of visitors, encouraging them to visit and learn about the products and services offered.

Conclusion

To conclude, eyllo's participation in the Web Summit Rio was a super enriching experience and full of visibility. Materials such as cards and flyers were essential for disseminating information and building a striking and unified image. The choice of colors and eye-catching design helped a lot to attract the attention of passersby, while the practicality of the materials allowed for easy and continuous communication with interested people. This combination of visual identity and marketing proved to be perfect for making the most of interactions at the event, reinforcing eyllo's presence in the technology sector and opening doors for new connections and collaborations.
